Our Mission: “Connecting Children and Their Families To Jesus”

Woodlands Lutheran Early Learning Center shares the love of Jesus with all students and their families while providing a fully accredited preschool program that develops the whole child through play based learning. We strive to form strong relationships with each family as we support students in becoming life-long learners.

Programs are available half day or full day for ages 12 months through 4 years (VPK) and include the following:

  • Weekly Chapel
  • Music
  • Sensory Play
  • Art

Each classroom uses Frogstreet Press Curriculum in addition to Little Lambs for Jesus time.

At this age, students enjoy basic learning activities, including colors, shapes, animals, opposites, community helpers and more!  They work on all developmental domains including social/emotional skills, spiritual development, and fine/gross motor skills.Toddlers also build self-esteem and learn to have positive classroom interactions. Toddlers join the rest of the school for an age appropriate chapel each week.

Threes Program                    (Must be 3 by September 1st)

Students in the threes classes begin to dive deeper into early literacy skills, early math skills, pre-reading and pre-writing. Circle time is a little more expansive covering topics like the calendar, weather, a letter of the week etc. Students have developmentally appropriate play based learning activities and centers throughout the day. The threes classes attend chapel and music class weekly. All three year olds must be potty trained by the first day of school.

VPK (Fours) Program           (Must be 4 by September 1st)
